All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 working days
- Next Day Delivery (UK only): Available at checkout for orders placed before 12PM (Monday–Thursday)
- International Shipping: 2–11 working days, depending on your location
- Please allow additional time during peak seasons, sales, or holidays.
- Note: all orders are shipped with tracking via Royal Mail.
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. However, in rare and extreme cases, refunds may be granted at the discretion of management.
Yes, exchanges are only permitted if the item is unopened, unused, and returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
