ORDERS & SHIPPING


How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

How long does shipping take?
 • UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 working days
• Next Day Delivery (UK only): Available at checkout for orders placed before 12PM (Monday–Thursday)
• International Shipping: 2–11 working days, depending on your location
Please allow additional time during peak seasons, sales, or holidays.
Note: all orders are shipped with tracking via Royal Mail. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to make amendments or cancellations.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Please contact us immediately if you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address. We will do our best to amend it before dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Do international orders include customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.


RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only considered for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Once reviewed and approved, we will assess the circumstances and determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate.

Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing admin@heathauspro.com.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Contact details
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photo and/or video evidence showing how your order arrived
